To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. 一早已經聽說這裏的食物不錯，加上有米芝蓮一星的加冕，早在12月已預約定一月的午市。以酒店的水準來說，預約的時候接聽電話的酒店服務員可說比較高傲，讓你覺得訂到枱是你的榮幸。到訪那天是星期天，由於預約時間不是太早，所以人流方面不是太多，相對來說亦頗為舒適。餐廳設計典雅、明亮的光線亦充足。以中菜來說，每張枱都有一至兩個服務員貼心照顧，感覺很不錯，加上兩位都非常誠懇周到，實在值得一讚。食物方面因為是午市，我們點的多數都是點心，另外加上叉燒。基本來說食物不錯，但比起想像中的米芝蓮一星總有一點點出入。叉燒酥方面，酥皮可以在酥脆一點，而燒賣就不過不失。比較喜歡的是紅棗糕，紅棗味出色，十分喜歡。由於我們比較喜歡半肥瘦，所以覺得叉燒方面比較瘦和乾。其他菜式方面則沒有什麼令人印象深刻，所以只記得影了相那幾款點心。
