To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第二次來食呢間分店,九點早茶時段,不知有分段離座有折,九點半仲等緊野食,突然個女職員拎單來叫我埋,我冇叫埋單望住佢,才講十點前埋單和走會唔知平幾多,我話唔知喎,佢態度好差咁問我埋唔埋單,咁焗住埋啦,仲要埋完唔俾收據冇得儲商場積分,都唔想再叫返佢返來黑面。本身一坐坐低叫個蒸飯話冇我改叫另一個,即拎來係凍冰冰,已經覺得唔好,呢間高級酒樓來的,然後叫個齋蒸餃又作酸,開頭以為錯覺,食到最尾一隻仲酸就要求退,個男職員較好,即話換另一個點心俾我。真係差左好多。唔會再食。
