To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我覺得d野都算好味，但實在太大份啦，見到好多人都食唔完，變相有點浪費。建議新增小碗裝份量，價格便d。服務員態度非常差，樓下服務員叫我地去二樓食飯，上到去，明明有好幾個地方係吉既，樓上既服務員A係都要叫我同fd坐近收碗房最入邊個位。我地話坐前一個位，另一個服務員B話OK！都已經坐低啦，見到個服務員A，埋叫她點單，她又話要我地起身換位坐近雜物房。我無起到身，叫她點單（她企近收碗房/雜物房），叫左幾次都扮聽唔到，無野做仲行左去另一邊。最尾見到另一個收碗既姐姐黎左，先點到單。呢個服務員A你差到爆～～～麻煩老細多d培訓啦。之後要去洗手間，問係邊度，仲叫我去樓下，好彩自己見到樓上有洗手間啫。有咁差既服務員，影響嗮成間餐廳既形象，對其他服務員和努力做好味野既廚師實在唔公平。
