To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在收碟位入面有個洗碗大媽態度極差去吃火鍋其實性格比差同，同$65-67香港近期好紅嘅壽喜燒差唔多價錢不說快餐都唔要求你服務好好，但都唔可以無湯個時叫個客人自己用杯仔一個一個去裝㗎？你命令你條𡃁去倒湯就話啫，仲要命令個客？我清晰咁同你講我哋有兩個鍋，要裝到下世，有冇大啲嘅杯，你都命令得個員工，咪以為你好話得事好大粒。行咗幾步路聽到個大媽同人講：佢咪自己一杯杯裝囉。我啲火即刻爆上嚟，唔該美心唔好請無責任心嘅人pls
