14:19 係天水圍天瑞分店買左杯宇治抹茶拿鐵,一行近就聽到店內背景音樂十分大聲,同店員講左一次要飲咩(正常聲線),可能音聲大音佢聽唔清楚,就話「你係咪唔識講野?」。如果店員聽唔清楚我第一次點餐 ,可以禮貌叫我重覆一次,但她回應「你係咪唔識講嘢」,係應有既服務態度? 我吾知該職員名字,只見到係一個綁馬尾年約20的女仔。成間公司香港區都冇一個投訴電話?係咪逼人喺你哋啲社交平台度公布?
