To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次第二次食了,雖然上次用膳有不愉快經歷(其他野食哂,個炭燒豬扒凍檬都仲未到,追單既時候個職員先講個爐壞左沒炭燒豬扒.......擾嚷一番後,最尾吾知點解佢又整倒)無可否認,佢既炭燒豬扒真係好好食咁就算啦!今次為左個炭燒豬扒再番食,服務照舊惡劣,沒有改善。但可惜的是連炭燒豬扒已經大不如前......沒有再番食既理由了其實我明白咁既價錢,我不會要求得到五星級酒店既服務,但最基本對客人既禮貌都沒,咁就真係接受不了...
