To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 招待客人時完全沒有表情,對答亦沒有表情 全部服務員都是黑口黑面的。 北京填鴨就好食,但係見到服務員黑口黑面就完全影響了食慾!! 非常失敗及失望! 啲餸菜好耐都未上, 我哋就追服務員, 佢哋嘅回答態度係極之差, 連嗰個所謂嘅總經理嘅態度都十分之差!完全不能接受! 其實我哋幫襯左佢哋最少都有十幾年以上啦!以前都冇咁差嘅態度!同埋出餸菜嘅時間都係好好㗎! 正常黎講北京填鴨佢係跟兩碟青瓜,後尾我哋再加多一碟青瓜,跟住後尾發現都係唔夠,因為我哋有四個人食,四個人都鍾意夾多d青瓜,咁諗住再加多一碟青瓜,點知佢話每碟需要收費30蚊,唔係錢嘅問題,我只係覺得係好好笑囉!咁都俾佢哋諗得出,四位埋單都差不多二千蚊啦!其實唔係因為嗰三十蚊嘅收費問題囉! 點解美心集團而家變得咁差嘅???
