家人突然想吃打冷,平時常去九龍城的創發,今天想試試這家點評熱店,所以專程打的過去。餐廳靠近黄埔地鐵站,附近有不少有歷史的餐廳。我們七點到達,已幾乎是最後一張枱,果然是“熱店”。家中“食神”拍板點了菜,好快就有得吃。凍魚是老闆娘推薦的奀哥,據說是只有清明期間才有,魚身質地好韌,肉好難拆,但食落口卻十分清甜和嫩滑。椒鹽魷魚同九肚魚雙拼,所以好大盤,脆波波,够火侯。脆麵和鹵水拼盤的味道偏淡,“潮庭”的出品相對口味更好。豬肚湯雖然好好喝,但應該有加味精,食完好頸渴。三個人食咗690元,同“創發”的價錢差不多。
