To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼年初二既早茶,最近幾個星期六/日我同家人都有黎飲茶,覺得服務大有改善,想留言讚賞:- 電話留位服務員李小姐及胡小姐有小心重複訂位內容,態度非常好- 服務員有主動收抬枱上食完的碟同籠見到服務大有改善,希望可以持續!平日飲茶最愛推介:- 燒賣 (燒賣界的天花板,必食)- 海鮮炒鴛鴦米 (有鑊氣,唔油,好好食)- 燒雞 (真脆皮燒雞,皮薄唔多肥膏,比之前的質量提升好多)最近見到有個手剪乳豬的優惠推廣,服務員話得3月13日晚有,個餐好抵食好吸引,不過咁啱果晚唔得閒黎唔到試,希望之後個優惠可以再做,再約班朋友黎食過🤤
