To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次嚟呢間酒店食buffet，環境好寬敞，人手都好足，食完一碟好快就會幫忙收碟👍沙律、火腿&芝士都好多款，而且夠新鮮🥗而我就好快去左拎海鮮&刺身，種類繁多，有凍蝦、帆立貝、好多膏嘅龍蝦、蜆、吞拿魚、三文魚同帶子，每樣水準都唔錯😋熟食方面，中式、西式都有齊，中式最hit嘅有紅燒花膠同鮑魚，仲有入口溶化嘅東坡肉，當然唔少得車仔麵、老火湯、臘味飯、原條清蒸石班、燒味、鵝掌等，每樣食少少都好夠飽🤩西式嘅有意式雲吞、鱈魚、pizza、羊架、德國腸、羅宋湯、即切豬手，仲有一大盆西班牙海鮮炒飯，夠晒吸睛🤤甜品有不同款嘅切餅，有我愛嘅鯛魚燒、pancake & 雪糕、麵包布甸等，算係甜蜜的句號🥰最後食返d生果解下膩，超滿足🧡*重點推介：每半個鐘都會推出特別款，6:30PM有焗牛油果配鮮蝦&柚子芝士醬，熱辣辣好香濃芝士味🧀7:00PM就係火焰芝士焗龍蝦，都幾大隻又彈牙，仲食到好多膏🦞7:30PM有肉質粉嫩嘅炭烤斧頭牛扒，好腍身易咬🤤
