Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 初四下午3點黎食,人都少少多服務方面,一坐低都聽到有人同待應姐姐嘈緊 ,都感覺到同平日一樣,招呼都唔妨好 。到我地岩岩食完野,飲多杯茶,個黑衫制服姐姐好快過黎問我啲食物黎晒未,扮明想趕人走 。我坐低到走,都講緊半個鐘度,佢咁樣講野都幾有問題,當時都忍唔住嘈佢兩句 。跟手有另外個姐姐黎兜話係幫我地追單,但我啲碗碟擺明就岩岩食完啦 。到講食物,籠燒賣都未蒸熟既,已經係第二次有尼個情況 。同擺位姐姐講左句,都唔係要佢退錢,但對添好運尼個品牌會幾失望,畢竟都係豬肉黎 。香港站尼間添好運,大把遊客黎,好似唔愁做咁 。
