星期五忙裏偷閑,兩三點開完會就去左尖沙咀一間主打燒肉+sake 的居酒屋,開左年半見網上見到好多like.一大面牆身都係攞滿sake , 仲有任飲/ 買token 自由針,姐揀左買10tokens . 足足有5杯300ml的自由針。好多款都係出面賣得好貴的,有賺到的感覺!國産A5和牛肉眼-有128 gram,雪花比例適中-師傅幫我哋燒,燒完切開,十分肥美但又有濃濃的牛味,A5真厲害,完全唔洗調味已好出色牛肉盛合 (廚師發板)-師傅會根據當日牛邊個部位來貨靚黎揀-我地當日有一半美國牛一半日本牛最impressive 係個三隻日本牛-日本和牛三角胸小排: 肥瘦一半半,口感嫩滑。姐最歡喜的部位-日本和牛背峰:牛味最濃郁-日本和牛肉眼蓋: 新出的部位,牛味好濃但亦冇咁油膩甲羅燒-燒之前將鵪鶉蛋同蟹膏攪勻,燒後好滑好香。加上cracker 餅,佐sake 一流燒日式魚干-呢款亦係師傅燒的,係心思之作。keep 住慢火,成日底面返轉燒,燒出黎好靚仲好juicy! 炸雞胸軟骨-新菜式,餸酒100分!佢唔係傳統的一粒粒,而係一條條,炸後唔油膩,有少少辣粉但一啲都唔辣只會覺得係香口惹味波板糖豚肉串-都係
