To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是晚點了以下菜式四色煙燻素鵝 - 味道正常金沙脆鱔 - 過份油炸,完全不知道是吃脆魚皮還是鱔意大利黑醋脆豚肉 - 侍應話甜甜酸酸啱小朋友,但醋味淡,無甜味,肉多肥膏,小朋友吃了一塊也收筷。陳皮醬油鴨(半隻)- 鴨無鴨味,也不入味。魚湯斑片浸翡翠豆腐 - 魚湯味淡,也無鮮味。竹影田色 - 成晚最正常的菜式花膠絲叉燒薑蔥撈麵 - 淡而無味,叉燒似火鴨絲,要落大量紅醋才可嚥下。二千多元嘅菜式,但質素非常差劣,服務多好也不會再光顧。
