To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶2:30開始，2:31想落單，侍應回答要等她將下午茶menu派發到每一張餐桌及迴轉帶的座位後才可以落單，其他侍應也不理會，經理愛理不理。如果侍應要10分鐘先派完，咁人客咪要等你10分鐘?下午茶menu寫2:30開始，不是2:30+派發完下午茶menu才開始。以後不如係下午茶menu寫明，以免爭執，一係就跟下午茶menu，2:30開始落單。最差係經理愛理不理。以後不會再幫襯。
