To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前已經食過幾次, 印象一般, 但今日去食晏, 見枱面未執嘢咪等佢執囉, 到佢執時, 我稍為將個身移開小小, 個伙計用唔友善口吻問 : "你好驚咩 ?", 我話 : "張枱有水漬, 我怕潑過來", 跟住佢再用唔友善口吻話 : "咁你坐第二張囉", 我話 : "其他枱頭先有人坐架", 大佬, 我只係想嚟食嘢, 唔係嚟受氣嘅. 啲伙計態度愈來愈差, 唔想再嚟.
