To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 7-12-17 10點55分左右去到門口等左一陣，見無人服務帶位，而見到有吉位。我先問下就在門口位旁邊收銀入面果位（亞姐），我「一位呀 唔該」，亞姐大聲「唔係我帶架，有人會帶你，你等下，唔係我唔係我，門口等，有人會搵你」（其實我一門係門口未入過去）我都係講左句姐，又唔洗咁既態度。亞姐直接叫我等一陣咪得囉！搞到我自己好似問左十次八次。個收銀就係門口旁邊同亞姐講都應該呀！其他樓面又做緊客人。（其實都係第一次食，唔知是常識吧）亞姐你可以心口掛住個牌，‘我只是收銀 不做其他工作’。間舖有幾張間明星相，就大晒一樣，唔會再有下次。個人覺得大家不要因為明星效應，而盲目幫襯。
