To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因朋友生日，決定去Hugo慶祝，因限聚令同行6人需分枱坐因分枱坐關係，我地決定唔叫set叫 a la carte menu係我地點菜時有一位waiter負責同我地落order當我地一路點菜，佢啲態度好似好唔滿意我地6個人叫 a la carte share食咁，原來而家客人連點a la carte都有錯🤣上菜前，個位好無禮貌嘅waiter幫我地換餐具，係佢換餐具時順帶介紹個款餐具係用泥食咩嘅時候，當時我地幾個傾緊計無聽到佢講野，我同行嘅個個女仔因為自然反應就無惡意地問佢講左 :下？然後個位waiter 就好兇同唔耐用地講:係用泥食魚架囉我地真係極度無奈🙄講真我地又唔係6個人叫4碟咁老土，我真係唔明有咩得罪🤷🏻‍♀️就算得罪，都唔應該用啲咁嘅服務態度！因為餐廳環境太黑，完全睇唔到該位無禮貌男侍應名牌，可能係呀環境黑呢個優勢，所以先咁嘅態度，因為唔可以指名投訴🤣

當我地一路點菜，佢啲態度好似好唔滿意我地6個人叫 a la carte share食咁，原來而家客人連點a la carte都有錯🤣
