To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

燒臘不過不失，斬叉燒師傅態度也不錯，可惜，可惜，服務員態度超級差，買了四百多元，麻煩佢要黃芥末，一句，沒有尾音，跟左！再麻煩要薑蔥油，無答，返到屋企，見到一小瓶，有點似施捨！全程黑面招呼，恭喜貴店請到佢🙏🙏，老闆，你要記住你對面左邊右邊有無盡的燒臘店，一粒老鼠屎，搞砸你辛苦的生意，阿大姐如果辛苦，可以考慮唔好做，堂前肥黑衣大嬏，當時無生意，差唔多想趕我出門口等，重要當時門口沒有客，不要阻你的做生意！完
