To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身係抱住期望，山長水遠入嚟呢間酒店，可惜食物質素同款式都好普通食物上凍盤有長腳蟹、翡翠螺、蝦同青口，味道不過不失。熱食真係極度普通， 講緊好少少嘅已經係燒鵝🥲仲有即場煮麵等，但我一向唔食咁多麵食。 甜品方面真係好失望好失望一來款式少，得大概4款蛋糕，全部味道一般。仲有豆腐花、pancake, 桃膠等，最好食嘅居然係葡撻，因為其他嘢食太普通，顯得葡撻已經好好食🤣 雪糕係Haagen Dazs, 都係大路嘅味道。 最值得一讚嘅係職員嘅服務態度，真係nice又helpful
