To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上年已經食過陶源的大閘蟹放題@尖東一次。其實上年食已冇乜驚喜。不過又坦白講,已經叫做好食過鴻星或東海。畢竟咁ge 價錢, 鴻星或東海都唔係任食, 但加多少少錢,喺陶源就可以任食了!所以今年繼續幫襯!片皮鴨唔同尖東嗰間咁, 去到坐低, 侍應已端上黎比你。唔駛好似尖東嗰間咁,要出去"搶"。鮑魚呢/小籠包呢 d 都係侍應送上黎,普普通通。出去"任食區"拎左雞翼同糯米飯,味道係好ge!但全部都係凍ge!用"點心紙"點左叉燒, 叉燒係全晚的世一, 又熱又juicy! 但每人限叫兩件!又講返大閘蟹先!蟹乸.... 全部都爆羔ge! 值得一食!但蟹公呢....就....黎到係一半一半死, 羔亦唔漿口  (侍應話其實冇得揀要公定乸, 但佢地勁好人幫我地揀)明白到遇到死蟹唔出奇, 但個人覺得....係可以避免ge!拎去蒸前"驗一驗"貨, 其實已可以避免。另外,明明蟹公的白羔已漿口 (我早兩日先食完黎) 點解呢度冇....至於服務,我要比100分ge!! 全部侍應都好好!特別係兩位男經理!(我估係經理吧)及 姓黃嗰位男1shop keeper!! 真係超好服務及態度!我講到明會開post 讚美佢!如果唔係
