To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 响淘大見到新開了間湯加，諗住試吓，叫了魚腐雞片湯飯，但上錯魚片雞片，我同職員講佢上錯菜，佢夠膽死話佢地d魚腐係魚片咁樣，我攞本menu指住同佢講，話魚腐唔係咁樣，佢話要問經理，個經理話會換俾我，之後竟然換咗鯪魚球俾我，我再同個職員講都係錯，佢話要再問經理，個經理大大聲同我講，話佢地d魚腐就係鯪魚，問我咁你宜家想點，態度勁差，做生意咁唔老實，以後都唔會幫襯。食物質素都唔好，湯好鹹，鯪魚有陣臭味。果區有好多好食市，真係唔洗去果間。
