To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人和太太於6月22日晚上行經佐敦，想起這裡附近有一間大家樂，她又想食香煎魚柳飯配粟米汁，但是每次都是只有黑椒汁，但是今晚不相同，這間分店有黑椒汁和粟米汁供應，於是便到收銀處購買，但是排隊到收銀處的時候，那個職員又說粟米汁只有中午時段才有供應，晚上只有黑椒汁和蕃茄汁供應，咁即是擺明捉弄顧客啫，排隊取餐時間條龍又長，等待時間又久，其後找經理投訴，又說出來一個解釋，剛剛買完粟米汁，不過收銀員沒有時間轉牌，果然厲害。
