To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務態度一流但個湯烏冬真係麻麻

夜晚黎食，不得不讚個價錢真係幾平，60幾蚊起有set dinner, 有湯、前菜、主食、飲品，飲品選擇仲要唔係hea野，有珍珠奶茶同玫瑰花蜜揀，個玫瑰花蜜甜甜地，而且唔係假既人工味！個西湯鹹左少少之外都幾好飲，個蒜蓉包整得好脆，多啲蒜蓉就更好！但叫左果個手打湯烏冬味道真係好一般，個烏冬唔彈牙又淋（已經一上碟就盡快食）、份量又少，個湯係奇怪既味精味，同埋唔知點解個豬肉已經分開上，個湯烏冬仲係咁油。相較之下，個正常既豬肉好食好多。可能呢間餐廳既西式野會好好多，我朋友叫左意粉就話ok。成晚最好食既係果個前菜，一小碟蟹柳薯蓉！最抵讚係餐廳啲員工態度真係好好有有禮貌，仲會叫我小心個石頭鍋熱，夠貼心～話說溫馨提示，google map個位好似標錯左，搵左好耐先搵到😳😳😳
