平時去開九龍城食飯,多數都係食泰菜,其實潮州菜都好好味,所以今天決定揾潮州菜館醫肚。行到鎔記門口,見佢非常光猛,而且是新開的,即管一試。坐下即刻招呼,夥記問你飲茶定水,計而介詔菜式,原來這位係老闆娘,話招牌菜係韮菜豬紅,就好,就要一份,另外唔少得梗係要鹵水鵝,元朗烏頭一條。本來還想叫,但老闆娘話唔好叫咁多住,怕D餸會凍,慢慢食完再叫。餸菜上得都好快,而且份量十足,好彩只叫了3樣,真係要慢慢食。首先韮菜非常嫩滑,完全無渣,直得一讚。條烏頭起碼一斤重,鹵水鵝例牌差不多有1/4只咁多,而墊底的豆腐都非常滑。差不多食完,老闆娘話不如清清地炒個菜,佢話我們食得太多肉,要食菜平衡下,咁佢揸主意幫我們炒咗碟荷豆,食落清甜爽口,直得一讚。最後我們還試了潮州出名的綠豆爽,多料唔甜,正。

餸菜上得都好快,而且份量十足,好彩只叫了3樣,真係要慢慢食。首先韮菜非常嫩滑,完全無渣,直得一讚。

差不多食完,老闆娘話不如清清地炒個菜,佢話我們食得太多肉,要食菜平衡下,咁佢揸主意幫我們炒咗碟荷豆,食落清甜爽口,直得一讚。
