To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

復活節加慶祝家人生日,打算食個buffet lunch 作開始,可惜整體水準令人失望提早訂座5人,並指出是為慶生。酒店要求四人以上要先付訂金,另外慶祝蛋糕要提早預訂,個別收費。已一早做好以上要求確定。可惜到座時,是被安排在樓梯下的四人座位另加一張椅,餐枱固然變得十分迫。服務員亦很少主動來執碟,需要多次多番請求才有人來收拾。到蛋糕來到時,雖然經理主動提出幫忙影,但當時枱面凌亂,我們只是要她等一會,自己快手執拾一下,但該經理已經黑面。在影相時,她亦不給時間我們準備一下,只是很快地拍。如果是這樣伊服務態度,我們寧願不需她幫忙影!另外,食物都真的很一般,沒有值得拍下的。
