入到餐廳,張枱貼住要scan QR code落單,比錢時,淨係可以選擇“VISA”之外,完全冇其他比錢方法。我過完數,佢個網壞鬼咗,等咗好耐張單仲係“SENDING.....”。唯有同呀姐講,呀姐態度超級差話入黎咪講咗個網壞咗囉, 但我係好肯定佢冇講過,淨係擺低咗餐牌走咗。咁我哋行番出去同收銀呀姐講,收銀呀姐話佢收到我哋張單,只係佢部機印唔到出黎。跟住我哋等咗20分鐘都冇嘢食,落單呀姐同我哋講冇我哋張單,幫我哋落多次手寫單,我哋心諗再落單又等多20分鐘,加上趕時間,問佢可唔可以退錢唔食,佢話ok出去同收銀呀姐講就得。然後收銀呀姐黎料喇:“咁我宜家幫你哋落番囉”,我哋堅持唔食退錢走,佢話:“我唔知你落咗咩order架喎”。 20分鐘前話收到,20分鐘後話唔知,佢好似覺得宜家冇record退唔到錢比我哋,亦都唔想退錢咁。😡 咁我唯有比番我個落單畫面佢睇囉,佢先死死哋氣退番錢。之前淨係試過外賣都覺得佢哋態度麻麻,今次第一次試下堂食發覺呢間嘢啲態度真係其差,唔會再幫襯。明明餐廳自己問題,佢會怪係啲客嘅問題。
