To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務性行業麗豪濠廳態度勁差，電話2132-1040我打過去查詢下，我用$1888買咗個Member會員有優惠，節假日券點用，晚上個價錢幾多錢一位。佢又話我講啲野根本唔符合餐廳，池畔燒烤又幾多錢一位，大人，小朋友，佢又話聽唔明小朋友幾個字，我話我有半價自助餐券點樣使用，佢又話我呢度係全自助餐，唔係半自助餐，小姐你要預訂幾多位啊？我火都來埋，我話佢態度差不用訂了拜拜。香港人講嘅嘢都聽唔明，佢要再培訓。
