To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是晚, 跟太太去荔技角上堂。本想去另一間餐廳享用晚餐可惜剛結業,一時間找到這一間食個快飯。收工時間人流較少, 餐廳也只有4成枱有人坐。一店時想坐較舒服的6人卡位,店員卻領我們去坐人圓枱。(這卡位之後掛上有預約, 但40min 後離開時卻沒有人坐, 咁樣Hold 枱當人地傻咩?)(而且我地打算坐30min 左右, 相信坐滿的機會好少好少)點了菜後, 近30分鐘沒有上菜, 當然去追單吧, 待應發現有人落錯單, 佢覺得不是佢的責任愛理不理,沒有積極處理問題使我感到憤怒。直到我向太太頗大的聲音說說我唔再光顧這店,待應才跟進我落的菜。上菜時先講唔好意思。(心裡說, 太遲了)食完後, 抱著不快心情離開。我不是食家, 對食物質素要求不高, 但這待應的服務態度使人地食得唔開心,不會再光顧這店。
