To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前見到廣告，見到酸辣撈薯粉，好吸引好想食，所以今日中午同朋友黎試，咁我哋十二點五十幾分落單，職員話薯粉要等耐啲，甘可以接受，之後去到一點廿幾分未黎，甘好聲好氣甘追左一次，但態度好差，等多十幾分鐘，依然未到，於是再追，職員又好惡甘講已經追左，再話個薯粉係要耐啲，但需要半個鐘煮一個薯粉？如果係甘有需要食三哥嗎？有時等待既時間長短都唔係我嬲既原因，我最嬲係職員答人時既態度，我明太多人追你地，所以我都唔想追你太多次，廢事你難做，但一開始就態度甘差，唔可以接受，呢間永不光顧！ps.我唔明白，廚房點解可以甘慢，同埋淨係出外賣單，堂食追到死都仲要有排等。
