To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

事緣同朋友去食飯，咁一比完錢一坐低就即刻送左兩樣，一樣係蒸包，另一樣係芥末八爪魚。咁朋友問：芥末八爪魚，係咪送？店員亦都睇過張單。 過左成10分鐘，店完先訓醒，發覺送錯左，但已經食左。 佢靜左係到，我就問，之前已經問過你地。 佢最尾就話，比番我地食下？唔係我要貪小便宜，唔係你做錯！咁即係，如果無食過，係咪會張暴露係空氣中既生野，比番另一枱食？去到9:30，得返我嗰台人。 居然可以喺客人面前收晒水，熄晒冷氣，收晒凳報復？咁嘅服務態度，係咪正常？
