To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務態度差食肆首選

第一次幫襯嘅街坊小店，衛生環境同食物質素一般都係預計之中，但估唔到服務質素都可以做到咁差，星期六早餐時段食客經已唔係太多食客，叫咗兩份早餐，其中一份係雞扒丁麵加奄列，但食哂所有嘢個麵都未到，唯有叫阿姐幫手催催，阿姐同廚房講完都係例牌話整緊，因為我坐嘅卡位對正佢廚房個窗口，甚至連佢拆丁麵袋都睇到，但一直只見佢整外賣，出堂食嘅麵第一碗唔係第二碗又唔係，第三四碗都唔係，其實我只係想食完個麵快快趣趣走，但估唔到一個咁卑微嘅請求佢都唔比我，連遲過我落單嘅食客食完我都未到，唯有再叫阿姐催同問係咪漏單(其實又點會估唔到你漏單吖)，跟住再次敷衍我話整緊雞扒，最終我都敵不過自己嘅耐性決定放棄佢，其實食肆漏單時有發生，本來亦不太介懷，但如果食客第一次催單就認真處理，就唔會要食客相隔十分鐘後再催單至發現漏單，相信以後都唔會再幫襯！
