To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地一行4人約8點45分到本店,大家都點了一人一鍋,由點餐,送餐,碌野食,差不多9點10先開始食到,到9點45分服務員提醒我地就關門,咁就開始收拾我地唔要既碗碟先,都冇問題既,我地已經冇停過咁食,打邊爐都要碌熟左食物先放得入口,想快都冇得快,到10點鐘,應該係佢地關門時間,一班職員坐晒係我地附近,因為我底頭食緊野,聽到有人問點解唔閂燈,朋友同返我講有個女職員對住個男職員講,男職員冇理佢亦冇閂燈,之後我又講到個女職員講遲左5分鐘,比人XX啦(粗口)。第一,我地唔係特登慢,未熟點食,第二,職員都冇理由係客人面前講粗口。我地4人十分不滿,最後我食剩半碗烏冬都冇食走左。
