To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日經過上環剛好入去前比門面裝飾吸引,感覺幾復古的一間日式小店,但係幾靚嘅門面都比店員的服務態度打破,簡直係地獄服務的一餐。店內的一位黑長髮店員全程店員黑口黑面,完全冇笑容,態度極差。當然我唔係當自己係貴賓要求每間餐廳的店員都要好親切有禮笑容滿面,但係呢位服務員完全冇服務可以放低餐牌一句都唔講就走咗,點餐嘅時候可以完全冇反應,都唔知落唔落得成單,見佢對所有客人嘅態度都係一樣,所以個個客人都睇望望佢覺得佢冇禮貌,我喺呢間舖度食咗30-40分鐘嘢,期間有三個客人入過嚟坐低佢飛完個餐牌俾人,人地都直接走咗可想而知佢態度幾有問題。唔知以為呢一餐免費唔使錢,價錢又唔係好平都唔叫抵食,唔會覺得係要有咁嘅服務態度。連出名態度差嘅澳牛都好佢十萬八千倍。食物份量相對細,如果一個正常男人食量就唔會飽,如果係女仔都還可以接受,食物味道普通絕對唔會再黎,奉勸大家黎之前諗清楚,除非鍾意俾人黑面受氣嘅隨便入內。
