To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工夜一夜，想靜靜地食米線。去到呢間譚仔，佢話可以叫，不過係last order，但見佢還叫得，咪立即叫啦。野食等左十幾分鐘，終於約9:50pm到來，原來十點收舖。已經盡快食，但得十分鐘食，而且係辣的，十分鐘點食？已經盡快食，一到十點鐘，員工就走來係咁吹，係咁俾面色客人睇，講真如果甘趕，係咪一早同客人話不好落order咪得，又要甘遲才上，最後野都未食完，已經無心情食，未飽就走，服務態度奇差，以後都唔再去
