To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

訂位先付$500,限時1個半小時,都冇辦法阻著別人做生意啦!當日我們小部份人11:45 分巳到達,酒樓內只有3至4 枱客人,門口的服務小姐面無表情,說你們現在可以入,不過1 個半小時要交枱,跟著眼晴繼續望著自己枱上的文件,沒有回望一下,我們只好在外面再等其他朋友到齊,如果不是付了$訂金,我就會去別家。等齊朋友準時12:30 入坐,他們又再提醒我們1:45 分交枱,經理下單時,又再提醒一次1:45分鐘交枱,果然是領導,態度也是一樣,怪不得服務員也一樣。中途我再加單 ,同樣再提醒1:45 分鐘交枱,我說我已經知道,他又說只是提醒一下,差不多1:20 分,經理過來說最後截單,1:45 分果然準時,服務生巳拿帳單過來,我們付錢後,有些朋友去洗手間,我們坐著,他們就馬上收拾枱上碗碟,不會多說一句,我周邊望一下,只有2枱還有客人坐著,其它空空的,難道他們想下班。食物一點不便宜,如果態度良好,還可接受,因為一分錢 一分貨,但一間星級酒店內的酒樓有著負分的員工,也不怕影響聲譽,可能他們不期望客戶再回來,不想多做。今時今日的香港,如何鼓勵香港人留港消費,付費也要看面口。我已說下次不會再來,不想看面口🥲
