To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日因為要去旺角睇醫生，於是去咗始創中心元氣壽司諗住嚟個快餐，上到去元気寿司門口，不用排隊侍應玩在門口傾偈聊天，我哋兩位入座佢直接安排咗去吧枱，我哋問會唔會有卡位？因為手上搦住好多嘢，侍應第一句就係話你唔早啲講，你講吖嘛！我已經唔想再理佢。去到卡位紙巾又冇，我哋將紙巾盒放在最出邊，諗住佢攞單過嚟嘅時候會順手換過紙巾盒，結果當睇唔到走咗去。中間我去咗睇醫生睇完醫生我朋友去埋單，我朋友係一位老人家，唔太識用Apps，去到收銀處，收銀員話佢個QR code過咗期，要佢更新， Hui表示唔識得點做，店員直接ignore佢，繼續同其他店員聊天，這種工作態度難怪沒有人幫襯😒當我去到店內，我直接找經理對質，經理完全冇悔意覺得係老人家唔理佢，一啲責任都冇，真係一言難盡，我去過咁多間元氣真係未試過有咁嘅體驗，以後都唔去呢間
