To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日大家都慨嘆香港食肆缺人手,服務差,我最近兩次光顧一間老牌酒樓,真的覺得員工服務態度很好👍👍👍👍,前次是晚飯,今次是早茶。很多酒樓晚市冷清,幸好那次晚飯有訂枱,坐到九點仍有人入座。酒樓早上十點開市,今早約了同事十點飲茶,我們9:50便到,見一半枱已留座,問侍應是否要取號、他們便馬上招呼我們入座,提早開工。兩小時內完全不用開聲,不用揚手,自動添水,收點心紙和送點心時都說多謝….同事埋單,我專誠再去向侍應稱讚他們服務好,他們再次多謝,說:多些光顧。一定一定!這是銅鑼灣廣場的太湖海鮮城,以前在鄰街Tom Lee 樓上。
