Restaurant: Tao Heung (Paradise Mall)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日晚上6點正入座,當然全場只有幾枱客,冇人等位,坐低唔夠兩分鐘,兩個樓面行咗埋嚟四次催我哋落單,我哋連張單張都未睇完,同佢講等多一陣,佢唔係嚟介紹有咩好食,只係黑面、反白眼咁企喺我哋張枱等。由於食咗下午茶,又早食晚飯,我哋求其叫咗兩個餸先,費事俾人監視。$1蚊雞唔算細隻,但超級鹹,連骨都好鹹,好「鞋」好乾。$98燒汁蜜桃脆香骨,有8支,皮包骨,骨多肉極少。食到尾聲,見樓面向鄰枱食客上糖水,客人馬上給利是,應該係熟客仔,我就問樓面呢度有冇糖水甜品,個樓面亞姐第一時間態度囂張咁話「$16.8喎」,連咩糖水都冇講,就調頭走,我係嚟消費食飯,但樓面當食客係乞衣?連一碗糖水都食唔起咩?!呢啲服務態度,難怪香港人要北上消費。
