To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次嚟呢間茶餐廳幫襯，本來諗住試吓菠蘿油，但估唔到見識到呢啲咁差嘅服務態度。話說今日下午四點，我自己去等位先，有侍應安排入座。入座前已經話咗兩位，自己入座後，在等朋友在附近泊好車入嚟期間，我在看餐牌，有侍應已好不耐煩問你食咩，我話等朋友泊好車入嚟再叫。佢就話未到就出去排隊再等。如果係咁，當初就唔好安排入座。最後我地去咗附近另一冰室食菠蘿油。一次極差的茶餐廳經歷。就算間茶餐廳幾好食，有咁嘅熊度，絕對唔會幫襯😡
