Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2024年1月5日我到上址幫襯一碗牛腩河和燒賣堂食，碟燒賣上到面前沒有給我長竹籤，我問女店員可否給我長竹籤，佢話叫我用枱頭嘅牙籤就得啦，我感覺到完全破壞咗進食燒賣感覺，女店員懶到一個點，我以後都唔會再幫襯呢間嘢😡另外，碗牛腩河啲牛腩鞋嘅冇牛香味，啲湯冇香味，仲要食完好口渴，口渴咗我大半日😤，店內職員經常互相傾偈，有冇戴口罩，口水滿天飛，感覺佢哋似係去咗遊樂場一樣，佢哋就開心啦，可以we哇鬼叫，咁有冇諗過食客嘅感受呢😡
