To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假期帶著朋友到香港後花園的西貢遊玩,回家之前已經到晚飯的時間了,乾脆就吃完飯才回家。走進來這家滿滿客人的茶餐廳,點了一個下午茶的番茄雞蛋三明治,肯定的是三明治是現作,雞蛋非常的熱,我要不停的吹,等他涼了才吃,凍檸茶非常好。另外點了兩份晚餐,其中一份是海鮮炒飯,這個海鮮炒飯可以說是完全沒有味道,也完全沒有鑊氣,算是水準之下,另外還點了一份豆腐魚柳配白飯,例湯,腐竹有點酸…..豆腐和鯰魚肉都算還好。唯一亮點,服務非常好,沒有任何茶餐廳大姐兇客戶的行為,就這點在香港已經非常少見了,下次帶海鮮來加工他們也歡迎。
