To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點了一個排骨麵($26)和一個冬菇肉絲麵跟凍檸茶(下午茶$24)。炸排骨味道應該是即炸的,雖然比較熱氣,但味道不錯,不過份量就比較少。上海麵則普通,好像煮得不夠熟,比較硬。下午茶餐則水準之下,本來落單叫冬菇肉絲,送來時竟變左雪菜肉絲,於是便告訴侍應,職員最初話我叫雪菜,仲話佢冇錯,好在落單係寫冬菇,佢先面黑黑話換俾我,不過明顯佢只係拿走雪菜換返冬菇。唉••• 冬菇分量好少,只得一隻切成絲,味道也沒特別。如果唔想賣下午茶就不要放在餐牌,佢令我感覺好差。
