To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫了一個黑醋味醂豬軟骨, 本來想叫柑桔醬鱸魚柳玉龍果 (網上看到). 但不知為何, 現場的餐目卻沒有這一款... 而且, 餐目很舊很少數量. 這很影響人士外賣.舊址為現coco一番屋, 新址需再走過2間舖. 燈火通明, 很有格調, 還有高挑的美女服務員~~原來餐是配飯或粉; 但收費員往往等人客提出要甚麼, 而不是告訴客人有甚麼選擇. 這些小動作也或會成為客人會否再來的因素.黑醋味醂豬軟骨很多配菜很豐富, 和地瓜米粉拌一起來吃, 簡直滋味無窮~~因下了單才改為米粉, 美女侍應也問清楚是否要米粉, 而不是飯 (單印著是飯)收費員說要等15分鐘, 但只等了10分鐘. 這類餸菜都要等15分鐘的話, 就有點那個...
