呢間咖喱屋幾有名氣,好多名星都會幫襯,一試之下,除咗菜式,最好嘅係香港無咗好耐嘅親初服務。侍應姐姐會介紹好菜式俾客人已經賣少見少,仲會係嚟菜時介紹每道菜食法,負責人亦都細心有禮,抵讚!印度脆片嘅薄荷醬都算係咖哩屋嘅其中一個靈魂,呢度嘅薄荷醬就無啲印度當地嘅薄荷醬咁死咸,適合返香港人口味。呢道菜就係侍應姐姐經介紹嘅蝦膏炒通菜,蝦膏同蒜香非常惹味,仲有啲車厘茄嘅酸味去中和通菜草青味,好用心嘅菜式,其他地方好難食到,果然好介紹。蒜茸烤餅非常鬆軟,麵團發酵時間剛則好!配埋個白咖哩燴牛利,無敵!白咖喱燴牛利燴得非常腍同入味,份量夠,每片都大大片唔慳家!帝王炒飯嘅羊肉亦非常腍,用返印度米同薑黃炒,香氣撲鼻!烤豬脾仔簡直係大特賣,$48兩隻堂食仲要肉汁鎖得非常好,唔會成隻都好乾身,正!串燒沙爹雞同牛都非常到位,主要都係牛肉好夠腍,腌肉時應該落過一番心機。
