To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

閒日嘅晚市時間黎到，可能時間早客人唔算多，店員好親切主動帶位餐嘅選擇都唔少，最後揀左個好常見嘅飯，廚師推介餐牌上面嘅揚州炒飯，飯粒粒粒分明，夠乾身唔油膩，配料份量充足夠入味，食每啖飯都有配料呢日例湯係豬骨蘿蔔南北杏，真材實料，蘿蔔煲得夠曬林，平時唔鐘意飲肉湯因為驚會飲到肉腥味,但呢個湯無肉腥味,而且飲完唔會口乾跟餐飲品要加錢可以加$12轉特飲揀左椰汁紅飲品紅豆冰，紅豆有咬口，椰奶稍為淡左少少，整體唔錯朋友叫左個馬來炒貴刁同埋加左錢要個oreo特濃朱古力,賣相都相當唔錯
