食開的"清亭燕萍"結業後, 搬了舖改了名做"越南蔡", 之前聽過人講食物味道不再, 但點都要親自來試試先.例牌order牛油雞翼, 一來到已香氣撲鼻, 蒜粒亦炸了一堆跟碟上, 味道不錯, 無9成都有8成味, 只是油太多, 吸油紙都唔夠吸.另外菠蘿炒飯, 蒜蓉西蘭花, 兩樣都炒得不錯, 好有穫氣!

Other Info. : 服務態度值得一讚, 以前聽得最多係老闆同員工都一副唔憂做的態度, 對客人態度惡劣, 但這晚完全無這回事了, 樓面的員工好細心恩勤, 照顧周到, 重提醒隔離枱的食客小心錢包, 總覺得係因為搬舖後生意額不再像以往般興旺, 服務才這麼細心體貼, 但不知生意好之後又是否會故態復萌.
