To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日入咗去食下午茶，唔知係咪下午茶啲服務會差啲（係好差），入到去冇人理，冇法喇，自己揾個位坐低，坐低之後三四分鐘冇人理，左望右望，見到第二張枱有手機點餐牌，但又揾唔到自己張枱有，咁點算，又冇人理，剛剛有位阿姐推緊車仔送餐，點知佢好似怕咗我咁，於是我問佢有冇手機點餐，我只係想落单啫，點解都咁難。第一我想提出，咁大間集團點解同一商舖，有枱可以自己點餐，又有枱唔可以。第二對員工服務係唔係有啲要求指引。第三係唔係唔人手分配上出咗問題，令員工好辛苦環境下工作，冇晒服務水平，抑或我唔好彩，在不當環境下不當時區下入咗唔應該入嘅地方。
