To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身想去樓上另一酒樓，但因要等位，母親大人建議去呢間試吓，點知中伏話推行手機點餐，點知特價孖寶介面沒有得揀，系統又唔識計，明揾笨，好彩自己係精明消費者， 會睇清楚先做，最後要用傳統入纸方式先得。另外，因每枱已用自助煲水機，所以全場得1名伙記，煲水機2次突然冇電到，伙計會話茶客唔好亂按係全場冇電到喎，關乜茶客事。好喇通番電又唔通知，所有嘢都係自己醒少少啦，所以冇服務嘅地方真係唔會再去囉嘢食一般啦，薑醋太酸太稀，豬手有毛。雞絲粉皮太爽唔滑。鮑汁雞腳正常。
