今日開完會,同大口仔仆過嚟睇睇呢度嘅到會食物係點,嚟到工業大廈,諗住應該冇乜特別,點知又令我喜出望外喎!雖然喺工廈入面,停車場又唔係好靚,不過估唔到呢度嘅裝修又幾不錯,可能新開,所以特別乾淨,凳又坐得舒服。我同大口仔即刻揀張檯坐低揀野食,之後行出去落單香脆鹹豬手配甜椒汁 ($72)大口仔初初好擔心,通常成舊鹹豬手食都會好尷尬,手又污糟又驚佢硬會好難切,不過唔知點解最後佢都係叫咗呢個菜,亦都好在佢有叫,否則唔會食到咁好味嘅鹹豬手!一上菜已經好有驚喜,因為係起晒肉,大口仔切都唔洗切!皮脆又乾身又煙韌,肉嫩滑又夠鹹,啱晒佢啦;旁邊有好多紅椒黃椒,個甜椒汁又充滿椒嘅香味,鹹度適中,用嚟點薯角及豬手肉真係啱晒喇;份量好大,連大口仔都唔係好食得晒,抵食!香烤慢煮春雞配南亞黃薑飯 ($69)春雞?大肥雞呀話!足足有半隻雞喎呢度!餐廳悉心挑選嘅大春雞,慢煮10幾個鐘之後肉質滑不溜口,不過有啲見紅喎,雖然我知道煮咗咁多個鐘之後係一定熟晒,不過都係唔鍾意見到紅色嘅雞肉,所以都係麻煩大廚幫我再整熟啲,整走啲紅色喇;配菜嘅切法好有趣,唔係一粒粒,而係一長片咁鋪喺肥雞下面,一切雞肉嘅時候啲雞汁就會流晒落去啦;我

春雞?大肥雞呀話!足足有半隻雞喎呢度!餐廳悉心挑選嘅大春雞,慢煮10幾個鐘之後肉質滑不溜口,不過有啲見紅喎,雖然我知道煮咗咁多個鐘之後係一定熟晒,不過都係唔鍾意見到紅色嘅雞肉,所以都係麻煩大廚幫我再整熟啲,整走啲紅色喇;配菜嘅切法好有趣,唔係一粒粒,而係一長片咁鋪喺肥雞下面,一切雞肉嘅時候啲雞汁就會流晒落去啦;我相信係為咗遷就唔太接受薑味嘅朋友,佢哋將黃薑飯嘅味道調淡咗,但對我嚟講可以再濃啲;同樣哋份量係超大,我已經自問大食,都差啲食唔晒...

1. 滿臉笑容,好有禮貌
2. 上菜前,會先將食物放喺另一張檯面上,幫我哋拎開檯面上嘅水、刀叉等,先會上菜 (唔似其他餐廳咁會一隻手拎住食物,另一隻手推開我哋檯面上嘅野)
3. 每次上菜前都會講句 '唔好意思',同埋會講食物名
4. 明明慢煮春雞已經熟咗,只係我唔鍾意見紅所以好想佢哋煮耐少少,但店員喺拎走碟餸之前及之後都有講 '唔好意思',其實唔係大廚嘅錯,佢哋冇必要道歉
5. 見到我杯水擺到好出(雖然仲有段距離唔會倒瀉),不過行過嘅店員(冇錯,只係行過)都會好貼心咁幫我推返埋啲
