To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上年疫情前基本一個月會去牛角食2次左右,自己都好鍾意食燒肉,一直都對牛角情有獨鍾,每次燒肉都首選牛角,平時app取票,來到都要等半個鐘左右、但係我都係回頭客,因為質素唔錯。但係每去一次服務態度就變得越來越差,一開始多人都勉強接受,覺得都辛苦客人多員工要不斷走來走去工作,少少的不耐煩都忍受了,睇在食物唔錯的份上。後來疫情期間停了幾個月無去幫襯,心思思,放寬了限制之後就即刻再去,但係服務態度真係差,以前係用ipad落單,後期轉了用自己電話,我話信號差,詢問可唔可以用返ipad落?一個員工話唔可以,我再追問我電話又快無電,好難落單窩。跟住另外一個先俾左部ipad我點嘢食。中途好幾次漏單,發現太耐無上嘅嘢我請員工幫我跟一跟,然後都係無上到,再之後揮手想問問員工係咪唔記得幫我跟跟,竟然掉頭走,當睇唔到🙄️食得實在無奈!!!戈一餐之後本來打算以後放棄牛角啦,點知食完有銀票派,加埋都有幾百蚊,而且只要超過五十蚊就可以使用,無限制,於是就再去左一次啦。結果都係服務態度不佳,疫情本來生意慘,要限制人數,應該飲食業都沒有之前咁辛苦至啱,而且服務嘅客人相對應少左,點解d態度都係咁差的呢??有時候送來用錫紙裝嘅

不佳,疫情本來生意慘,要限制人數,應該飲食業都沒有之前咁辛苦至啱,而且服務嘅客人相對應少左,點解d態度都係咁差的呢??有時候送來用錫紙裝嘅食物底下無盤,就咁一兜擺喺檯面,錫紙就會污糟了,擺落去燒,等陣又燒返d肉,唔衛生。以前生菜係可以自取,宜家生菜要口頭落單,點一次生菜要差唔多半

個鐘仲要追問幾次先送來,仲矜貴過牛肉。唉
